Weekly Tastings
- Wine Tasting Wednesdays
Every Wednesday starting at 7PM Holly introduces wines focused by Region, Varietal, Producer or Style
- Whiskey Class Saturdays
Every Saturday at 5 PM Marius hosts a one hour review of 3 whiskies, background, style & how to taste!
Monthly Events
- Sunday Bubbles & Sabers!
Tasting focused on the range of Sparkling wines from around the world! Cava, Cremant, Prosecco, Champagne & all opened with your help and Sabers!
- Friday Night Wine & Pizza
7 PM – Local Pizza served with five new wines from the shop, a fun casual social night once a month

- Tour & Travel – Wine & Whiskey
Each Year, OTV plans a number of trips to wine regions here in USA and abroad, long weekends & in depth programs too!
- Distillery Tastings
A full whiskey tasting with a brand or distillery representative to guide us through their portfolio, offering insights & information!
Annual membership in The Cellar Club is not required to attend any of these events, our members do receive preferential reservations, pricing, quarterly gift certs, wine travel assistance, and exclusive member-only events throughout the year.
The Cellar Club Membership
Our Cellar Club Membership is offered on an annual basis. For a set fee, members gain the benefits outline below. In addition to the annual fee, members commit to a two bottle per month purchase from our Cellar Club selections. Selections are tiered based on style, price and complexity of the wines offered. Tiers graduate based on average price per bottling. We recommend Explorer for immediately drinkable, Oenophile for wines peaking in next 3 years and Reserve for wines that will benefit from additional aging in your cellar. *We recommend two of the same so you can see the impact of the extra years on the flavors in the bottle! The annual fee is the same for all, and the monthly purchase tiers are members’ decision.

Monthly Wine Subscription ~ Tiers
- Cellar Club weekend is the first full Fri + Sat of each month
- Members select a Wine Tier subscription upon enrollment, and can be adjusted at any time
- Members are charged for their selections, and wines purchased will held for them for pick up at their leisure.
- Members who do not notify office of their choices by Monday 4 PM following Cellar Club Weekend will be charged for and receive their tier wines as default.
- Members who pick up preview tasting kits are eligible to change their month’s selection by text, call or email.
- We will remind you when placing orders of any additional savings available to you prior to processing payment.
- All orders arrive to shop in 24-72 hours, we’ll notify customers once product is received and ready for pick up!
- Subscription rates include at least 2 bottles, Customer may adapt and change prior to payment issued.
- Membership & benefits can be suspended and restarted within the membership year upon request, however there is no credit or rebate offered for unused portion of membership year.
Customers that choose not to taste, can select based on Holly’s taste-along videos, or receive the default monthly selections. Every subscription includes a monthly sample kit of all six wine selections to enjoy at home.
(Family memberships receive two full kits each month included!)

Yes, with advance notice, and a small fee, we can arrange with you to have a taste pack, notes & access to the videos ready on Pick Up Friday or Saturday. The benefits of membership of course will not be available until activated.
We know that life happens and can throw off our tastebuds.... so alternate options could include selecting wines you already enjoy from the shop, choosing seats at an upcoming tasting or suspending your membership for the month*?
*Benefits will suspend for same period and no credit or rebate is offered for unused membeship fees paid.
No we are not permitted to sell Whiskies or non-wine alcohol. Closest Liquor Shop is Bear Creek on Hwy 26 in Colleyville.
Our tasting space has a full bar permit, and with our interest in taste, whiskies are a fun alternative to all wine all the time! Visit our website for more information on our Whiskey Tastings and other events!
